Call 911-this should only be used in a case where police response is needed and time is of the essence.
Call 791-4444 ODM substation: you can call this number from 8 AM till 5 PM Monday through Friday. There is an officer working at the front desk who can help answer calls and/or return a call to make a report.
ONLINE POLICE REPORT- if you would like to make a report for insurance purposes or want to document suspicious activity in your area you can seek out Tucson Police Department online reporting system. Fill in the blanks and leave a short narrative with the details and it will go into the same database as other case reports written by officers.https://www.tucsonaz.gov/apps/crime-reporting/

In Person Response to Midtown Substation located at 1100 S Alvernon. The front desk is staffed 8 AM till 5 PM Monday through Friday. Persons can drop off Evidence, found property, videos and/or other information they would like to pass along to the department.
